Chocolate for Dinner

Apologies for the terrible photo but this just had to be shared. Mr Cake and I went went for a wander last night, and happened to walk past a restaurant called Vivant! Vivant! obviously have a very creative chef who has created a special Easter menu:


As you can see, all the menu options contain chocolate. I think the part that impresses me most is that there are options for the starter and the main - surely it's hard enough to come up with one or two savoury dishes featuring chocolate! At $42 per adult (and kids dine free, though I suspect with a pared down menu) it's pretty good value for three courses and a glass of bubbly - I'm very tempted but we are trying to avoid spending money on such frivolities at the moment... Plus, I've been up to my elbows in chocolate all week. ;-) More on that soon!
